Writing! is a follow-up to McCain and Alcorn’s 1962 title, Books!. Both are known for their groundbreaking design and whimsical style, appealing to both children and adults, as they broke away from the more traditional children's books of the time. Originals of both books are getting scarce, but luckily, they're back in print as of this posting.
