The Tail That Went Looking ☜ 

Here’s a bizarre children’s book featuring some Art Deco-inspired illustrations by Push Pin Studio’s Tim Lewis. This isn’t Lewis’s best work but I’m enamored with the starry endpapers and the strange tale told here. I think Lewis’s style is occasionally reminiscent of these early 1900s ads by Augustus Jansson.
